Event Coordination
This package is perfect for the bride that has all the details of her wedding under control, but will need assistance on her special day. This package focuses on the rehearsal and the wedding day events. We will make sure that all the details you have planned are professionally handled. All you will have left to do is relax and enjoy your special day.
We will personally meet with you closer to your wedding day to start getting familiar with your vision and get the details on everything you have planned for your guests. KLM Weddings will then contact all your vendors and start confirming all the details directly with them. We will attend and coordinate your rehearsal. On your wedding day we will be there to ensure that everything is executed according to plan, that the day runs smoothly and that any unexpected challenges are handled professionally.
This package also includes:
- Free initial consultation to discuss your wedding vision and your plans.
- Unlimited consultations via phone or e-mail within 2 months of the wedding.
- Wedding day itinerary creation.

We will be the liaison between your vendors and you, communicating your ideas, arranging and coordinating meetings as well as attending them with you or on your behalf. When it’s time for your rehearsal, we will handle the on-site coordination and assist your officiant in making sure that everyone is aware of what their roles are and where they are to be.
